Forms can be printed and filled out manually, or downloaded to fill out on your computer, saved and sent as an email attachement, or printed to be mailed. If you have difficulty downloading the form, feel free to request that one be sent to you.

Keep a copy of the completed entry form for your records and enclose a copy in your shipment.  If you include credit card information on the form, black it out on the shipping copy. 

Fees for Entries made on online can be paid online, or payment can be made by mailing a check payable to Wine Cellar Productions, or by sending credit card information by mail, email, or phone.  Entries made online are considered an official entries at the time they are submitted.  If you must cancel after you have entered be sure to log on to withdraw the entries promptly.  Entry fees are due at time of entry.

NOTE:   Deliveries accepted 10am to 2pm, Mon-Fri or by appointment.  Do not specify "priority" or early morning deliver as Receiving Dept. does not open before 10am   You are welcome to add SDWineCompetition@yahoo.com to your shipper's notification requests so we will know when wine is on its way and be notified of any problems. 
For large shipments it is helpful to know expected date of delivery.  We do not have a loading dock or fork lift so if shipment is sent by pallet please specify that truck has a lift-gate.
